The United States Government (USG) seeks local legal counsel with experience in land acquisition/leasing in Pohnpei, Micronesia.

Interested attorneys or law firms seeking to bid on a potential multi-year contract must be licensed and experienced in contract reviews, expert legal opinions and information, registration of real property documents in accordance with local law, and – if necessary – presence at negotiations and meetings between representatives of the USG, landlords, and host government.
