Regular American Citizens Services such as passports services, notary services, and consular report of birth abroad will be by appointment only on Thursdays from 2:00PM-4:00PM. You can schedule your appointment using the Appointment System.

Passport services are not available on weekends or on Micronesia or U.S. holidays.
Applicants Age 15 or Under Without Both Parents Present
The DS-3053 is the Statement of Consent for Issuing a Passport to a Child and the DS-5525 is the Statement of Special Family Circumstances.
Adult Passport Renewal (DS-82)
Renew an existing passport issued to you when you were aged 16 or older.
Report and Replace Lost/Stolen Passport (DS-64 & DS-11)
Report a passport lost or stolen and replace it.
You can fill out the correct form, or find information about your passport status at https://travel.state.gov.
You must provide one photo on a white background with your passport application. Our photo policies apply to adults and children. We have a few exceptions to our photo policies for infants.
